By accessing and using PetBreed Plan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PetBreed Plan provides free, browser-based tools for:

• Dog and cat pregnancy tracking and calculation
• Heat cycle monitoring and prediction
• Pet cost estimation and budgeting
• Breed comparison and research
• Growth chart tracking for puppies and kittens
• Socialization checklists and developmental tracking
• Litter record keeping and management

All tools operate locally in your browser. No user accounts are required.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use PetBreed Plan for:

• Personal breeding program management
• Pet ownership planning and research
• Educational purposes related to animal breeding and care
• Professional breeding business record-keeping

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal breeding practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Service
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

No Medical or Professional Advice

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate calculations and information based on:

• Veterinary and breeding research
• Industry-standard gestation periods and development timelines
• Statistical averages for breed characteristics and costs

However:

• Individual animals vary. Actual gestation periods, development milestones, and health needs differ by individual.
• Costs are estimates. Actual pet ownership costs vary by region, veterinarian, lifestyle choices, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Breed data is generalized. Individual dogs/cats within a breed show variation in temperament, size, and health.

PetBreed Plan is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of locally stored data

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PetBreed Plan is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
• We are not responsible for breeding decisions, veterinary costs, or animal health outcomes
• We are not liable for lost data, though we recommend regular exports
• Our total liability shall not exceed $0 (zero dollars), as this is a free service

Responsible Breeding

PetBreed Plan supports responsible, ethical breeding practices. We encourage users to:

• Prioritize animal health and welfare above profit
• Perform health testing and genetic screening
• Follow breed-specific ethical breeding guidelines
• Ensure proper veterinary care throughout pregnancy and whelping/queening
• Screen and educate puppy/kitten buyers
• Never contribute to overpopulation or puppy mills

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaged in unethical or illegal breeding practices, though we have no practical means of enforcement given our client-side architecture.

Data and Privacy

All your breeding and pet data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data through exports
• Securing your device
• Not sharing sensitive breeding information publicly

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by PetBreed Plan and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
